Mount Morgan Pool Redevelopment

Project Scope

Council is removing the old pool that has reached the end of its viable service life, and constructing a new pool, new plant shed and installation of water harvesting plant equipment, shade structures, splash pad and shade, change rooms, amenities and entry kiosk.

The project also includes a site upgrade for power, sewer and water; installation of portable grandstands; landscaping lighting and fencing; car park resurfacing; and pool filling.

Funding

Funding of $4.5million has been provided by the State Government.
