Mount Morgan Water Pipeline Project The Mount Morgan Pipeline project includes the construction of a 28km pipeline, new and upgraded pump stations along the route between Gracemere and Mount Morgan and new reservoirs at Gracemere and Moonmera.
Glenmore Water Treatment Plant Upgrade This project includes designing and constructing a complete upgrade of all the electrical and control systems of the treatment plant including replacement of electrical cabling, a new main switchboard, chemical dosing systems and the associated installation including replacement of all filters.
North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade This upgrade will increase the capacity of the Plant from 50,000 Equivalent Persons (EP) to 75,000 EP, and improve the reliability of the current Plant.
Botanic Gardens and Zoo Redevelopment This project will transform the Botanic Gardens into a botanical collection of regional and national significance, with playground areas, new pavilion structures, a new Fernery, and reinvigorated food and retail areas. The Zoo will shine as a leader in animal exhibitions, conservation and welfare and will provide exceptional visitor experiences and new animal attractions.
Rockhampton Sports Precinct Rockhampton Regional Council is delivering a new, regional sporting precinct that will cater to our growing community’s sporting and recreational needs. This project is a long-term vision designed to strengthen our region’s reputation as the sporting capital of Central Queensland and deliver additional sport, recreation and open space in North Rockhampton.
Rockhampton Airport Solar Project The Rockhampton Airport Solar project will deliver a 976kW solar system at the Rockhampton Airport Terminal. The installation of behind-the-meter solar will reduce grid energy usage by around 1,750,000 kWh per annum and save up to 1,600 tCO2e - tonnes carbon dioxide equivalent - per year.
