If you would like to contact Council to report a problem such a pothole, maintenance issue or request a service, please use our eServices suite to log requests, check account balances and process payments with Council.

By creating an account on our web or mobile eServices suite you can also see outstanding amounts on your accounts, and check the status of your requests. Please note that should you choose to report a complaint anonymously, we will not be able to respond to you. 

Online requests are only monitored during business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. For urgent matters contact Council's After Hours call Centre on (07) 49329000 or 1300 22 55 77.
