Know Your Lease, License or Permit Terms and Conditions
Council has a Community Leasing Policy which applies to all community organisations currently holding or seeking tenure agreements (leases, licences, or permits) over Council-owned or controlled land and facilities. This policy excludes commercial leasing arrangements and community gardens.
Your organisation's committee members must be familiar with the terms and conditions of the lease, licence or permit, especially the details of the term, permitted use and times of use.
To request a copy of your organisation's lease, licence or permit mailed to you, send an email to PropertyInsurance@rrc.qld.gov.au
