Regional Arts Development Fund

The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) is a partnership between state and local governments which invests in quality arts and cultural experiences across Queensland based on locally determined priorities.

There will be 2 grant rounds in the 2019-20 financial year for Development and Project grants.

Quick response grants can be submitted at any time.

Round 1 closes on 8 November 2019.

Round 2 closes on 30 March 2020.

  1. Quick Response Grant(PDF, 707KB)

    For any project or activity that requires funding outside of the grant rounds.

    Assistance is available for up to 65% of the total costs to a maximum of $1000

  2. Development Grant(PDF, 707KB)

    This grant covers the following activities

    • Professional career development
    • Skills development workshops
    • Concept development
    • Creative development of new work

      Assistance is available for up to 65% of the totals costs to a maximum of $15,000. 

  3. Project Grant(PDF, 706KB)

     This grant covers the following activities

  • Exhibitions
  • Performances
  • Festivals and events
  • Public presentations

              Assistance is available for up to 80% of the totals costs to a maximum of $20,000.

Outcome reporting

Successful applicants are required to submit an Outcome Report 8 weeks after the conclusion of their project or event.
