Rockhampton Regional Council and the Queensland Government recognise that investing in high quality local artists leads to a stronger creative economy.
Through this partnership, the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) has previously enabled Council to support a wide range of projects including workshops, displays, performances, public art pieces, and professional development activities.
RADF objectives are to support arts and cultural activities that:
- provide public value for Queensland communities
- build local cultural capacity, cultural innovation and community pride
- deliver the Queensland Government’s objectives for the community.
Listed below are summaries of all projects which were successfully funded through RADF, and a number of Case Studies highlighting particularly engaging projects.
