Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

The Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The program offers entry-level support to assist older individuals in living safely and independently at home and within their communities. The CHSP supports activities that foster independence and social connection, while respecting individuals' goals and choices.

Rockhampton Regional Council's CQ Home Assist Secure receives CHSP funding to provide: 

- home maintenance and repairs

- home adjustments
