Alliance Maintenance Facility at Rockhampton Airport This project involves the construction of the civil and associated works for Alliance Airline's new aircraft maintenance facility.
Archer Road (Between Struck Oil Road and Limestone Road) - Roadworks Roadworks are about to commence on Archer Road, Struck Oil, between Struck Oil Road and Limestone Road. The works to be undertaken will include the construction of a flood way and widening and sealing of the road. Botanic Gardens Pathways Project Rockhampton Regional Council is upgrading the existing clay paver paths with a permeable long lasting pavement. Temporary Closure : Minor closures of pathways will occur during the work.

Glenmore Road (Glenmore Service Road to Highway Street) - Roadworks Roadworks are about to commence along Glenmore Road from the last exit on Glenmore Service Road to Highway Street, Park Avenue. The works to be undertaken will include asphalt repairs and an asphalt overlay. Announcement : Roadworks are about to commence along Glenmore Road from the last exit on Glenmore Service Road to Highway Street, Park Avenue.During this time, Glenmore Road will remain under the current traffic configuration and will be under traffic control for the section mentioned above.
Glenmore Road - Reconstruction Works (Dooley St to Tung Yeen St) Reconstruction works will be carried out along Glenmore Road between Dooley Street and Tung Yeen Street. Announcement : Glenmore Road will have single / full lane closures to traffic between Dooley Street and Tung Yeen Street for various lengths of time while work is carried out. Currently Glenmore Road is closed to southbound traffic between Dooley Street and Tung Yeen Street and a detour is in place via Dooley / Haynes / Main Streets.
Glenmore Water Treatment Plant Upgrade This project includes designing and constructing a complete upgrade of all the electrical and control systems of the treatment plant including replacement of electrical cabling, a new main switchboard, chemical dosing systems and the associated installation including replacement of all filters.
Lower Dawson Road, Allenstown (Eastern Side) - Footpath Works Reconstruction of the parking lane will be carried out on Lower Dawson Road adjacent to O’Shanesy Park. There will be limited parking availability while this work takes place. Possible lane closures and temporary speed reductions will apply. Announcement : There will be a partial lane closure on Lower Dawson Road, adjacent to O’Shanesy Park (opposite Wakefield Street), while footpath and parking lane works are completed. This will continue until the end of April 2022. There may be some work days which require a single lane closure on this section of Lower Dawson Road, but traffic can still progress through this section in the other lane.
