Statutory Policies are adopted by Council due to a legislative requirement, or approved the CEO as prescribed in the relevant legislation. Community Policies are adopted by Council and have a direct impact on the community. Administrative Policies are adopted by Council and provide direction for internal management of the day to day operations of Council. These policies don't have a direct impact on the community. Local Law Policies are adopted by Council, these policies deal with the administration of a Local Law and may contain procedural content.Management Directives are approved by the CEO and provide direction for internal management of the day to day operations of Council.
