Membership

Membership for Rockhampton Regional Libraries is free to residents of Queensland and visitors to our branches. If you are a guest from outside of Queensland, you will have to visit one of our branches in person to sign up for a short-term membership. 

You can join the library in person at any of our locations, provided you have photo identification, proof of residential address, and a few minutes to complete the Library membership form and collect your Library card. 

Alternatively, you can apply for membership online: click here to complete the Library Membership form. Please note that online membership is not an automated process. Once staff have processed your online membership application (during business hours, Monday to Friday) and verified your details, you will be sent an email with the next steps. Library cards for eligible members within Queensland will be mailed to your postal address.
