As Constructed Submissions
Applicants may be required to submit As Constructed plans to Council as part of the development application process. Council has adopted the Asset Design As Constructed (ADAC) software package to provide an As Constructed data standard.
All As Constructed submission documentation is to be sent to email@example.com.

If required, an AutoCAD Design template is also available by emailing GIS@rrc.qld.gov.au.
The following documents where applicable are required to be submitted to Council prior to Council accepting the works ‘on defects’:
- Engineering Construction and Supervision Certificates - confirmation that the works have been completed in accordance with the approved drawings and technical specifications – signed by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and
- Test Results (for example: compaction of fill material, road sub-grades).
For development applications received prior to 31 December 2014, consultants and developers may elect to use the previous As Constructed Manual and supporting documentation available by emailing GIS@rrc.qld.gov.au.
