Haynes Street, Park Avenue - Roadworks

Announcement

During this time, Haynes Street will be closed to all traffic, with detours in place both during and outside of working hours. Properties located within the closed section of Haynes Street, between Main Street and Park Street, are advised to access via Tung Yeen Street. All other traffic is requested to follow the designated detour routes.

  • Project scheduleWorks are scheduled to commence Monday, 5 January 2026, and are estimated to take approximately three (3) working weeks to complete, subject to weather and ground conditions.

Roadworks will soon commence along Haynes Street, between Main Street and Park Street, Park Avenue. The project includes continuing the kerb and channel replacement along Haynes Street, from Main Street through to Lauga Street.
