Alexandra Street & Johnson Street, Parkhurst – Roadworks

Announcement

Council requests that drivers exercise caution during these works, obeying all signage, and do not park vehicles on the road whilst the works are being undertaken.

  • Project scheduleWorks commenced on Monday, 12 May 2025 and are estimated to take approximately twelve (12) working weeks to complete, subject to weather and ground conditions.

During these works Johnson Street will be closed between Alexandra Street and Leichardt Street, with a detour via Wade Street. This is expected to be in place until early August.
