Understanding Anger Workshop

Women's Health Information & Referral Service CQ Inc. (WHIRSCQ) is facilitating a 2-day "Understanding Anger" workshop on Wednesdays, the 22^nd and 29^th of April, 2026.

This workshop is for women who want to learn to recognise anger, develop practical anger management skills, and deal with anger in a healthy and constructive way.

Attendance at both sessions is recommended.

Registration is required – resources and lunch are provided.
