Local Government Regulation 2012

This is an Auction Notice under section 142 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (‘the Regulation’).

On 28^th November 2024 & 10^th December 2024 Rockhampton Regional Council issued a Notice of Intention to Sell pursuant to section 140 of the Regulation to sell the land described below by way of auction.

You are hereby notified that Rockhampton Regional Council intends to proceed with the auction for the sale of land described in below under sections 141 to 143 of the Regulations unless all overdue rates, interest and other amounts are paid immediately.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Please note properties can be removed from sale. As such, continue to check Council’s website as the list of properties going to Auction will be continuously updated.
2. 10% Deposit is required to be paid on the day of Auction. Personal cheques will not be accepted.  
3. Please ensure you bring sufficient identification.
4. If purchasing as a company please ensure you have yourA.C.N details and that all representatives of the company are present to sign contracts.
5. Council will begin allowing entry from 9 am on the day of the auction for a 10am start.
6. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the Conditions of Sale by Public Auction.
