Rockhampton Regional Council is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with the highest level of customer service. This statement outlines how we manage your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and the Queensland Privacy Principles (QPPs)

Complaints and concerns

If you believe your privacy has been breached or mishandled, you can contact Council and lodge a Privacy Complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 45 business days
