SmartHub Membership

Thank you for your interest in becoming a SmartHub Rockhampton member.

SmartHub Rockhampton offers different membership levels to suit varying types of business structures.  Please review the membership options below and choose the one that best suits you. We look forward to receiving your membership application and a staff member from our team will be in touch with you once your application has been reviewed by our SmartHub Working Group.

Monthly membership ($53/month)
Monthly membership is ideal for startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking professional development, networking opportunities and support to take their business idea to the next level but not requiring a permanent office space. Monthly membership includes access to: 

• Non-permanent co-working desk once a week
• Free in-house training, information and workshop sessions
• Mentoring with SmartHub Business Coach Elize Hattin (1hr p/month)
• Free wifi
• Printing (up to 100 pages per month)
• Kitchen facilities
• Use of board room, annex office and annex event space (subject to availability)
• Logo placement on the SmartHub digital logo wall slideshow in the co-working space
• Logo placement on the permanent SmartHub logo wall in Reception

Resident membership ($43/week or $181/month)
Resident membership is ideal for small businesses requiring a permanent office space and premise.  Membership includes access to:

• Permanent workstation and unlimited access to the facility 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
• Desk and lockable filing cabinet as allocated
• Free in-house training, information and workshop sessions
• Mentoring with SmartHub Business Coach Elize Hattin (1hr p/month)
• Free wifi
• Printing (up to 100 pages per month)
• Kitchen facilities
• Use of board room, annex office and annex event space (subject to availability)
• Logo placement on the SmartHub digital logo wall slideshow in the co-working space
• Logo placement on the permanent SmartHub logo wall in Reception

Co-workstations non-permanent ($31/week or $136/month)
Co-workstations provide flexibility for startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners requiring a space to work from on a non-permanent basis. Co-workstation bookings provide access to:

• Non-permanent co-working desk
• Free in-house training, information and workshop sessions
• Mentoring with SmartHub Business Coach Elize Hattin (1hr p/month)
• Free wifi
• Printing (up to 100 pages per month)
• Kitchen facilities
• Use of board room, annex office and annex event space (subject to availability)
• Logo placement on the SmartHub digital logo wall slideshow in the co-working space
• Logo placement on the permanent SmartHub logo wall in Reception

Virtual Membership ($8.25/month, billed annually $99)
A great membership option for businesses who are based outside of Rockhampton, or those who do not require office space or a physical office presence. Virtual membership includes:

• Coaching with Business Manager, Elize Hattin, via zoom
• Accountability, problem solving and member networking sessions via zoom
• Invitations to ‘members only’ events and networking opportunities
• Logo placement on the SmartHub digital logo wall slideshow in the co-working space

Corporate Membership ($205 per month, does not include desk space) 
This membership includes the same membership benefits as Residents Membership (excluding desk space) but for larger-scale, established companies.  Desk spaces are an additional cost, to be paid per person rather than per business.

• Mentoring with SmartHub Business Coach Elize Hattin (1hr p/month)
• Free wifi
• Printing (up to 100 pages per month)
• Kitchen facilities
• Use of board room, annex office and annex event space (subject to availability)

Not quite ready to apply for membership just yet? Non-permanent co-workstations are also available for casual hire.  Charges are $16 per desk per day / $31 per week.
