Council Officers will be conducting inspections at properties in Frenchville from 6 July to 27 September as part of Council’s annual Animal Inspection Program. Inspection times will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

During this time, a detour for light vehicles will be in place via Capricorn Highway and Fairybower Road. Heavy vehicles will be required to detour via the Capricorn Highway. Access along Nine Mile Road, between Malchi–Nine Mile Road and Fogerty Road, will be restricted to permitted vehicles only.
Roadworks are continuing at the intersections of Malchi Nine Mile Road and Kabra-Scrubby Creek Road, and Malchi Nine Mile Road and Hopper Road. The works will include widening and regrading the intersections, new bitumen seal, signage and linemarking.
Council requests that drivers exercise caution during these works; obey all signage, and do not park vehicles on the road while the works are being undertaken.
