A Literary Lunch with Fiona McArthur

Friday 14 November 2025 | 12noon-2:00pm | $30pp.  Bookings required.

Criterion Hotel (Parker Room), Quay Street, Rockhampton.

Fiona McArthur draws from her earlier life as a rural midwife to write compassionate, pacey fiction. Her love of the Australian landscape meshes beautifully with warm, funny, multi-generational characters as she highlights challenges for rural families, and the strength shared between women. Happy endings are a must.  Fiona lives on a farm with her husband in northern New South Wales.

QBD Books will have a pop-up book stall from 2:00-3:00pm.
