Drop in to the Care Finder pop-up stall at Southside Library, 10:00am-11:30am, every Tuesday in May.
Care Finder is a new program to provide face-face support for seniors in the community to access aged care and other relevant services.
The service is provided in partnership with Footprints Community Services and Central PHN.
