Dog registration renewal notices out now

Dog owners across the Rockhampton Region are reminded to check their mailboxes and email inboxes, as annual registration renewal notices have now been issued.

Registrations are due by 31 August 2025, and residents should have received their notices in the past week via their preferred communication method.

Eligible dog owners will notice a discount on their notices if paid by the due date, helping them keep their pets compliant with local regulations.

Convenient payment options include in-person payments at Customer Service Centres, online via the eServices webpage, BPAY, or by contacting Council’s Customer Service Centre.

If you currently have a registered dog but have not received a renewal notice by Friday 2 August or need to update your address details, please contact Customer Service on 4932 9000.
