Rockhampton Regional Council Publication Scheme

Our publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from the Council. It has been developed to give the community greater access to information held by  Rockhampton Regional Council.

Accessing this Information

Where possible these documents are available for you to download. Some PDF versions of scanned documents may not be readable by accessibility devices such as screen readers.  If you're having difficulty accessing any of these documents, contact Council  and we'll provide the information in a suitable format. Information listed in our Publication Scheme is available free of charge from our website. We will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests for documents in an alternative format (eg hard copy or CD), free of charge. You will be advised in advance of any charges that may be payable if your request is for a large volume of material.

The information has been grouped into the following seven classes.

    Services offered by Council, including advice and guidance, booklets and leaflets, transactions and media releases.

    Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts

    What our priorities are and how we are doing.
  • Our Decisions
    Proposals and decisions, decision making processes, internal criteria and procedures and consultations.
  • Our Policies
    Our corporate policies describing and guiding our functions and responsibilities.
  • Our Lists
    Lists and registers

Complaints

You have the right to complain if information identified in our Publication Scheme is not available.

We value your comments and any feedback you provide will be used to make improvements to our Publication Scheme. You can contact Council  at any time to provide feedback.

Any complaints are managed in accordance with our Complaint Management Policy and Procedure .
