Council Officers will be conducting inspections at properties in Frenchville from 6 July to 27 September as part of Council’s annual Animal Inspection Program. Inspection times will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Gracemere Community Centre is in Barry Street and consists of a main auditorium and stage area, kitchen and three meeting rooms.
Hiring of the main auditorium or kitchen requires the payment of a security bond and this will be refunded once an inspection of the centre has been conducted following the event.
Both the kitchen and hall must be left as the hirer found them or bond monies will be withheld to cover cleaning costs.
After your hire has been approved, keys can be collected from the Customer Service Centre at our Gracemere Office in Ranger Street during normal business hours.
Hall is 20 x 15sqm and holds approximately 150-200 people
Meeting Rooms hold 50 conference style or 12-15 sitting at long tables.
Hirers are expected to use the cleaning equipment provided to clean the hall and leave it in the same good condition as they found it.
