Author talk with Patricia Collins @ Southside Library

Patricia Collins was born and raised in Rockhampton and joined the Women's Royal Australian Naval Service as a Radio Operator.

Patricia was stationed in Darwin when Cyclone Tracy hit on Christmas Eve 1974.

Patricia has expanded her original essay to become her first book Rock and Tempest which includes experiences from many of those she served with during that time.
