Public Notice: Temporary Suspension of New Building Applications

Due to ongoing building assessments and resourcing, Council will not be accepting new building applications from 19 May to 11 July 2025.

During this period, Council will continue to assess and approve existing applications. Council’s Development Advice Centre remains open and can assist with general building related matters.

If you need to submit a new application during this time, you may consider engaging a private certifier.
