Council Officers will be conducting inspections at properties in Frenchville from 6 July to 27 September as part of Council’s annual Animal Inspection Program. Inspection times will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Located behind the residential area on Goddard Street, Norman Gardens, this park is a hidden gem that offers a serene and natural setting. You can enjoy the shade of the trees, enjoy a picnic at the tables, let your kids have fun at the playground equipment or run around in the grassed area.
Alexander Chisholm Park is a great place to visit any time of the year. Only accessible by foot from Goddard Street, the park is open to the public however when accessing this park please be mindful of the residential homes within the area.
Alexander Chisholm Park is named after Alexander Chisholm, who was a prominent businessman and community leader in Rockhampton - the park is a tribute to his legacy and contribution to the region.
