Munro Street, Kawana - Roadworks

Announcement

Works are about to commence at the intersection of Munro and Hinchliff Streets, Kawana. The works will include construction of sections of kerb and channel along with installation of kerb ramps and realignment of the existing footpaths.

  • Project scheduleWorks are scheduled to commence on 5 August 2026 and are estimated to take approximately four (4) working weeks to complete, subject to weather and ground conditions.

During this time, Munro Street will be closed to through traffic, with detours in place via Farm Street, Walker Street, Carara Drive, and Ingham Street with speed and parking restrictions in place at times.
