Project works are largely completed, and two-way traffic along Canning Street will be restored from 9^th October.

Along with the return of two-way traffic along Canning Street, there will be several permanent changes to access along Canning Street between Voss Street and Cambridge Street. These include:

• Left in, left out access at Voss Street
• Left out access only at the Hospital Emergency Department
• Left in, left out access at the Hospital GARS/Rehab driveway
• Left in, left out access at Cambridge Street (east of Canning Street)
• Left in, left out access at Cambridge Street (west of Canning Street)

Please remember to drive with caution as traffic adjusts to the new conditions.

Any remaining tasks will be completed under minor traffic management measures such as reduced speed and lane closures.
