Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association
Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association services the Fitzroy District community of the Rockhampton Regional Council (RRC) including the townships from Pink Lily to Glenroy and west to Dalma. Fitzroy district has a population of over 2,750 residents and is serviced by more than 30 non-profit organisations.
The Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association facilitates communication between the local residents and Rockhampton Regional Council. The Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association provides the local community with a platform to connect directly with the RRC can better understand the needs of the local residents. This process assists the Council to provide appropriate services to benefit the local district.
The Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association facilitates “Meet the Candidates” forum so that local residents can be better informed when voting for federal, state and local council elections.
The Fitzroy Northern Area Ratepayers Association includes:-
Alton Downs, Calioran, Dalma, Fairy Bower, Garnant, Glenroy, Kabra, Kalapa, Lion Mountain, Morinish, Mount Salmon, Native Cat Range, Nine Mile, Pink Lily, Pukatika, Redbank, Ridgelands, Round Mountain, South Yaamba, Stanwell, Sugarloaf Mountain, Waroula or anyone residing in the Fitzroy, Rockhampton regional district.
