Central Queensland Multicultural Association (CQMA) Inc.,

CQMA is a not-for-profit, community-led organisation committed to fostering cultural connectivity, inclusion and community harmony. Through advocacy, representation, education, research, consultation, social activities, culturally responsive support, and program development and delivery.  We work alongside culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, families and communities to strengthen participation, understanding and belonging across the region.

We help create welcoming and culturally safe communities where everyone belongs. CQMA is proudly recognised as the organiser of the annual Taste of the World Cultural Festival, our signature community event held during Multicultural Queensland Month. The festival celebrates cultural diversity, promotes social inclusion, and brings people together through shared experiences, connection and community participation.
