Rocky Triathlon for Women and Kids

Triathlon comes to Rockhampton!

This special event is particularly targeted at beginners, held from the calm waters of the South Rockhampton Pool and the bike leg along closed roads around the Huish Drive precinct. The women's only event consistent of two distances:

Enticer: 350m swim | 9km ride | 2km run
Sprint: 750m swim | 15km ride | 4km run

There is also a duathlon (run|ride|run) and aquathon (swim|run) options or you can enter as a team.

For those mums participating with their kids, we have a Tri-MUM’s event. Tri-MUMs is a special start time for mums that are competing to finish in time to see their kids participate.

The Junior triathlon events present different distance options for each age group.

Participants can give triathlon a go in a safe, supportive & fun environment. No need for fancy gear – just bring your swimmers or active wear, any bike, a helmet, and a pair of runners, and you’re ready to take on the challenge.
