Easter Weekend Closures

Please note - Council offices will be closed from 5pm Thursday 2 April and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April at 8am. If you require an urgent response, please contact us via 07 4932 9000.

Waste facilities around the Region will operate per normal daily opening hours and bin collections will occur as usual on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Rocky Flix is a great night out sharing the experience of a film with the community. This month's film is Tina (NZ, Oct 2024). 

Still mourning the death of her daughter, Mareta Percival reluctantly takes a substitute teaching role at an elite private school. She soon draws on the musical traditions of her Samoan roots to form a rebellious, soulful student choir, rekindling connection, identity and healing across generations.

Bar opens 6.15pm, film screens at 7pm complimentary supper afterwards. Watch the film then stay for a chat.
