The Capricornian Rocky Triathlon - Women & Juniors + All Abilities

Triathlon comes to Rockhampton!

This special event is particularly targeted at beginners, held from the calm waters of the South Rockhampton Pool and the bike leg along closed roads around the Huish Drive precinct. There Women's only event consistent of two distances:
Enticer: 350m swim | 9km ride | 2km run
Sprint: 750m swim | 15km ride | 4km run
There is also duathlon (run|ride|run) and aquathon (swim|run) options or you can enter as a team.

The Junior triathlon events present different distance options for each age group.
The All-Abilities aquathlon is a unique event, offering an opportunity for people with disabilities to participant in a triathlon festival.

Participants can give triathlon a go in a safe, supportive & fun environment. You don't need any special equipment - swimmers/active wear, any bike will do, a helmet & some runners - you're good to go. For this special event we're also allowing the use of flippers/floating for anyone needing a bit of extra confidence in the pool.
