Upcycle Village Fair - Save the date!

Expressions of interest are now open for stallholders to book a site at the Upcycle Village Fair.

Hosted at Rockhampton Council's Lakes Creek Road Waste Management Facility's Reviva Ibis Reuse Shop and the Tinkerage.

You must have an approved stall booking and paid site fee to attend as a stallholder on the day.
Email us at; waste_ed@rrc.qld.gov.au to provide us with your contact details, identify which type of stallholder you are and what type of stall site you'd prefer. We'll be in touch with the booking form, terms and conditions.

Stallholder type

* Market stallholders - creators of upcycled, reimagined, repurposed goods to sell. Demonstrating how secondhand materials can be reused to make quality creations. In your expression of interest email, please provide a photo of what you intend to sell.

* Garage sale stallholders - clean, good quality, in working condition, neatly presented, household items to sell, for a second life with someone else.
In your expression of interest email, please list some of the items you intend to sell. 

Items such as; 

• clothes, linen, fabric, hats, shoes
• kitchenware, styling knick knacks
• sports equipment, gym gear, bikes
• hardware, tools, building materials
• kids toys, musical instruments
• indoor & outdoor furniture, rugs, antiques
• books, DVDs, records
• camping gear, BBQs, smokers
• gardening tools & plant pots
• auto parts, lawn mowers

Three stall site types are available

1. Car boot stall (in the carpark)
2. Vehicle with pull-out awning stall (on the dirt, 6mx3m)
3. Marquee stall (on the grass, 3mx3m)

All sites are outdoors, unpowered, and all cost $25 each. (This fee includes public liability insurance cover for the day of event)

BYO all own stall setup.

Bump-in on Saturday 14 November 6am - 7.30am. Bump-out from 12.30pm with staff supervision.

If you sell out early, close your stall and join the fun of the fair!

When

Location

Event attendee parking in back car parks - drive through the recycling lanes to access.
Outdoor event - be SunSmart, wear a hat & bring water. Closed in shoes necessary.
