I’m offering a gentle 4-hour creative workshop where we’ll explore self-expression using simple materials like fabric and yarn.
This isn’t about art skills or making something “perfect.” It’s about slowing down, working with our hands, and creating a small soft figure that can represent a part of you that cares, protects, is wounded, or any other part of you that wants to be seen.
During the workshop we’ll explore:
A light, interactive activity about how your/other people's labels affect us
Creating and wrapping your own small cloth figure
Simple calming, body-based practices
A reflective connection with nature
Through this playful form of ‘p/artistry’, you can gently meet and express a part of yourself. Many people find this kind of creative process relaxing, grounding, and surprisingly insightful.
No artistic experience needed. All materials provided. Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing.
