Free workshop on: Communicating Across Cultures

The workshop will provide an opportunity to:

- explore how culture affects our perceptions and communication;

- identify your own cultural worldviews to support effective interactions with clients and co-workers from different cultural backgrounds;

- discuss the impact of verbal and non- verbal communication;

- discuss the impact of high and low context cultures on service delivery;

- discuss the benefits of working effectively with CALD consumers.
