Pause, relax and take a moment to reset your nervous system. This weekend workshop, centres around the Buddhist teachings on mindfulness of body and the felt sense. We will also explore intention and the cultivation of wholesome ways of being. Modern day, science based, understandings will be blended with ancient wisdom to help us navigate this human experience. This gathering is suitable for both beginners and those with previous meditation experience. Drop by drop as we bring presence and kindness to our own world, we also transform the world at large.
