Help shape Gracemere’s future!

South Gracemere has experienced significant growth in recent years, including periods of rapid urban development and population growth.

Rockhampton Regional Council has identified the need for a Local Area Plan to help ensure future growth delivers positive outcomes for the current and future community.

The Local Area Plan will:

• outline a clear vision for the future of South Gracemere;
• provide strategies to support delivery of this vision;
• include a framework to guide where future development may occur; and
• establish development control measures to help shape quality design outcomes for the area.
