Get your gloves on and hats ready to be a part of Clean Up Australia Day on March 1^st 2026.

Rockhampton Regional Waste & Recycling are partnering with Rockhampton locals as part of Clean Up Australia Day.

 

Clean Up Australia Day is a national event that promotes keeping Australia the beautiful country it always has been.

This event is for schools, businesses, and community groups to do their part in keeping Australia clean.

(Please note that backyards and private residences are not eligible locations)

Clean Up Australia Day Event Dates:

• Business clean up date 24^th Feb 2026
• School clean up date 27^th Feb 2026
• Community clean up date 1^st March 2026

Council is proud to support groups who register before 18^th February 2026 with:

• A $25 voucher to host your own BBQ
• An event site waste & recycling disposal voucher
• A council garbage collection from your registered site
• Promotion of your site on the Clean Up Australia website
