Council Officers will be conducting inspections at properties in Frenchville from 6 July to 27 September as part of Council’s annual Animal Inspection Program. Inspection times will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Rockhampton’s mighty Fitzroy River is home to a fantastic rowing venue and will host the 2022 Central Queensland Schools Rowing Championships on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June. With 250 competitors from Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, and Bundaberg – this is Queensland’s first regional championship for the season. Race distances will vary between 1000m and 2000m in both individual and crew events. All are welcome to come and watch the racing. BBQ burgers, snags, and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.
