Stockland Event 2023

If you’re revving your engines waiting for Rare Spares Rockynats 03, or you’re still deciding if fast bikes and flashy cars are for you, then there’s good news. Stockland Rockhampton is hosting two free Rockynats preview events on March 23rd and 30th, from 6pm to 8.30pm in the car park across from BCC Cinemas.

Over two free Thursday nights, come and check out the range of show-quality cars and bikes, get access to discounted Rockynats tickets, and see why the third annual Rockynats event is the place to be this Easter.

Those attending the Stockland car meets will have the chance to purchase one of 50 Rockynats Gold tickets, with a 25% discount. Gold tickets are the only level still available that give access to VIP parking and entry lanes, early entry to precincts and use of the exclusive Rockynats water taxis. The Rockynats event team will also be on-site to answer questions about this year’s event, and help you purchase tickets via EFTPOS.

Elysia Billingham, Centre Manager at Stockland Rockhampton said, “As a central meeting place for the Rockhampton community, we’re revved about hosting the free car meets in the lead up to this year’s Rockynats.

“Rockynats is becoming a popular calendar event for Rockhampton, and we’re excited to be part of it with this preview event. We can’t wait for our customers to have a sneak peek of some of the show’s cars and bikes, and while they’re here, they can refuel at The Terrace or do some late night shopping,” said Ms Billingham.

While the Stockland meets will give a preview of an incredible line-up of engines, it’s only a small glimpse of the Rockynats program. Off-track entertainment is in abundance this year including food, pageants, an outdoor cinema, helicopter rides and fireworks. Aussie rockers Dragon will headline the Saturday night concert, alongside numerous up-and-coming artists throughout the weekend.

To keep the adrenaline pumping, attendees can look forward to Australia’s biggest car and bike street parade with 1,500 cars, the Hot Wheels show, Pro-Wrestling and more on-track competitors than ever before. Advance Rockhampton Executive Manager Greg Bowden says that Rockynats is shaping up to be a highlight of 2023.

“With Rockynats just around the corner, the Stockland car meets are great to get anticipation building. If anyone is on the fence about what to do this Easter, they should make a point to come to these free events. It’s not only a good night out, but it’ll also give them a small glimpse into how great this year’s Rockynats will be,” says Mr Bowden.

If you can’t wait for the sneak-peek, Rockynats tickets start at $35 and can be purchased as a one, two or three-day pass, with family, concession, and youth tickets also on offer.
