Council Officers will be conducting inspections at properties in Frenchville from 6 July to 27 September as part of Council’s annual Animal Inspection Program. Inspection times will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Following action commenced against Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) by the Caravan Parks Association of Queensland Limited, the Planning and Environment Court has ordered that as of 15 February 2019 Council cease the use of Kershaw Gardens as a Tourist Park as defined under the Rockhampton Region Planning Scheme 2015.
This means that camper vans, caravans and RV’s will not be allowed to use Kershaw Gardens for overnight camping as of 15 February 2019.
