Public Auction of Impounded Vehicles
Local Law 1 (Administration) 2011

The following impounded vehicle and any goods, equipment or thing contained in, on or about the vehicle will be offered for sale by public auction unless the owner thereof or a person acting on the owner’s behalf, or a person claiming a right to possession thereof has sooner obtained possession of the vehicle.

2003 Maroon Mitsubishi Magna Sedan

2002 White Holden Commodore Sedan

2007 Blue Toyota Tarago Wagon

The auction will be conducted by Tomkins Valuers & Auctioneers online at TVAA.com.au from Friday 3 April 2026 to Tuesday 7 April 2026. The vehicle will be held at Tomkins 207-217 Wade Street, Parkhurst from 9.00am – 4.00pm for public viewing.

The vehicles will be sold unregistered and in their current condition. Council offers no warranties and accepts no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles.  Purchasers are to be aware that vehicle keys are generally not available.
