Eliminate the boredom, tantrums and tears this school holidays and check out the range of activities on offer to keep the kids busy at Rockhampton Regional Libraries in Rockhampton, Mt Morgan and Gracemere.

Communities Committee Chair, Councillor Rose Swadling said with a number of free and affordable activities on offer across the Rockhampton Region parents will find something to keep children of all ages entertained.

“There is no reason to stress about entertaining the kids as rain, hail or shine there is something on offer to keep the kids happy these school holidays at our Libraries,” Cr Swadling said.

“With this year’s theme of ‘Coming Home for Christmas’, we have a range of festive activities planned from recording your own Christmas Story to creating your own decorations for the tree.

“There’s also trivia, movie nights and much more so make sure you check out the program and get your kids involved in all the great activities Council is offering,” Cr Swadling said.
