Thank you for your interest in becoming a SmartHub Rockhampton member.

SmartHub Rockhampton offers different membership levels to suit varying types of business structures.  Please review the membership options below and choose the one that best suits you. We look forward to receiving your membership application and a staff member from our team will be in touch with you once your application has been reviewed by our SmartHub Working Group.

Monthly membership

Monthly membership is ideal for startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking professional development, networking opportunities and support to take their business idea to the next level but not requiring a permanent office space. Monthly membership includes access to:

  • free in-house training, information sessions and workshops
  • mentoring with SmartHub Business Coach Elize Hattin
  • free wifi
  • printing (up to 100 pages per month)
  • use of a non-permanent co-working desk once a week
  • kitchen facilities
  • use of board room, annex office and annex event space (subject to availability)

Resident membership

Resident membership encompasses monthly membership entitlements listed above plus provides access to:

  • permanent workstation including desk and lockable filing cabinet
  • 24/7 access

 Co-workstations non-permanent

Co-workstations provide flexibility for startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners requiring a space to work from on a non-permanent basis. Co-workstation bookings provide access to:

  • use of co-workstation for duration of booking
  • free wifi
  • printing (up to 100 pages per month)
  • kitchen facilities
