Heritage Village 

Step back in time at this friendly township museum showcasing the rich, colourful history of the Rockhampton district 1850 - 1950.

Throughout your visit at the Rockhampton Heritage Village you will see vintage vehicles, a hall of clocks, timber cutters camp, a blacksmith shop, homesteads and cottages, vintage machinery and a range of friendly farm animals.

Open 10am to 4pm daily (except public holidays). Last entry 3pm.

$5 (for everyone aged 3 years and over)

Tours of the Heritage Village

Experience the Heritage Village with a guided tour. Tours are available for schools (tailored to prep/early primary and late primary/secondary) and also for other groups (eg social groups, special interest groups etc).

School Holiday Program 

Stay tuned for information on our School Holiday program.  Enjoy the outdoors during the school holidays at the Rockhampton Heritage Village! Heaps of fun activities including feeding the animals, vintage car, stage coach, and Rory the Roadtrain rides.
