Firstly, THANK YOU! The success of the trial was because most participants were willing to adapt their waste behaviours.  

The feedback and insight that we have gained and will continue to gain from you will be invaluable as we prepare for a region-wide roll out.

While there have been some challenges along the way, we hope that we can continue to adapt and learn together to make the transition to the wider community a smooth one.

And remember, this is as new to us as it is for you – so we want your honest feedback! Keep in touch, tell us what is working well and what you are still finding a bit challenging.
