Sustainability in Action - Nature craft with native plants



Nature provides all the supplies needed for this free, family friendly, celebration of nature.  Come and get crafty with a local environmental artist and create leaf rubbing, stone painting, nature dioramas and table centre pieces for you to take home.  You'll also learn more about our native plants and contribute to the giant commitment tree taking shape in the Library.

Living sustainably comes down to daily habits and choices you make, both big and small, that can have a huge environmental impact.

There's lots of information available that can assist you to understand your own environmental impact and the opportunities you have to make more sustainable choices in your home, at work and when you're out and about.

During the year, be inspired with a range of hands-on workshops at Rockhampton Libraries.  Workshops are free, but bookings are essential.  Phone 4936 8043.
