National Tree Day - Frenchville Road Community Tree Planting Site

REGISTER to participate in National Tree Day - Frenchville Road Community Tree Planting Site!

Get involved in Australia’s largest annual tree-planting event, taking place on Sunday 1st August 2021. Join in all the fun at Rockhampton Regional Council's National Tree Day community planting site at Frenchville Road, North Rockhampton. And for registering and participating in our National Tree Day planting, you can even take home a free native plant for your own yard!

Gloves, tools and equipment for planting, watering cans and buckets will be provided.

Please ensure you wear sun smart clothing, covered shoes and bring along your own hat and water bottle. We will look after the rest!

National Tree Day is an opportunity to get out and help green our region alongside other members of the community. It’s also a chance to improve the habitat for our local native wildlife, and benefit our area for years to come. National Tree Day first started in 1996, and Rockhampton Regional Council is a proud, long term participant and pleased that this national event can once again make a positive impact in our community.
