Notice of Impoundment

Rockhampton Regional Council has impounded a Black Holden Captiva Sedan from the East Street, Rockhampton City area on Thursday 1 August 2024.

The owner of the vehicle or a person acting on their behalf, or another person claiming right to possession of the vehicle, must make contact with Council and arrange collection no later than 12pm on 3 September 2024. Failure to claim the vehicle by this date and time will result in Council advertising the vehicle for sale by public auction.

If you wish to take possession of the vehicle now, you will be required to complete an Impounded Vehicle Release Application and reimburse Council for all associated costs.
